In Pennsylvania the practice of no-excuse mail-in ballots put in place by Democrats right before the 2020 Election has been ruled unconstitutional by the Commonwealth Court. President Trump calls it a “giant victory.” The ruling coincides with the midterm elections where the state’s governorship and senate seat is up for grabs. Democratic governor Tom Wolf has immediately filed an appeal against the ruling and it doesn't look like he will succeed.
